us & our gelato

Our gelato is made with the highest quality ingredients that we can get our hands on. Real stuff. We choose organic when possible. Our kids eat our gelato, so we try not to put any crap in it.

Homemade

We wake up early and make our daily fresh gelato from scratch. You can peek inside the store in Hjorthagen to see how we do it.

Zero waste

We strongly believe operating in harmony with Mother Earth is the way to go. Banana peels and egg shells become fertile soil again and we do our best choosing environmentally friendly packaging for example.

Nobel delivery

It seems like people like what we do. The Nobel Student Ball has been serving our gelato at their banquet for years.

FAQ

Well… yes and no. We are an allergen minefield. Our production facility contains ALL allergens, therefore we cannot say our gelato is allergen-free. All of our ice cream scoopers have a list of ingredients for that day’s gelato selection. However, since allergen-sensitive flavors can be in the same ice cream display, we don’t recommend risking consumption if you have severe allergies. It is up to you to decide if the possibility of a small amount of an allergen is OK or not. Email us before your visit if you have specific allergy questions and we will do our best to help!
